A order only takes place once acceptance of the order is acknowledged until payment has been validated, confirmed and then dispatched the goods. All communication received before this point is not deemed as acceptance of the order. Any pricing error present within our website, communications or literature or however received shall be deemed void as incomplete orders.
  • The goods we sell we endevour to supply as accurate information as possible and practical within the product descriptions. Any photographs, colour, drawing, advertising or descriptive matter do not form part of the contract and are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate view of the goods.
  • Although we endeavor to maintain high stock levels, orders are subject to stock availability. If for any reason we cannot supply to you goods we will refund any monies received from the buyer. We will not be liable for any financial loss as a result of loss of interest payments, loss of earnings, or any other related gains you may have received on money paid to us for any uncompleted order.
  • Goods must be paid for in accordance with our payment procedure as described on our website. All orders are subject to fraud checks before dispatch. We accept no responsibility for any delay due to incorrect or unsubstantiated details being supplied during the order process.

Cancellation
Due to high levels of orders and our instantaneous processing systems orders cannot be cancelled once placed and received.

Refund
You have the right to return an order within 7 days for a refund, we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee to cover shipping and admin costs.

We are proud to offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Please note this can only be claimed once per customer, property or email, or IP address. Goods must be returned even when empty and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
