Side Effects of Dianabol

Side effects of Dianabol vary and should not be ignored. Dianabol claims to be a very effective steroid for bulking and produces effects almost immediately. Dianabol was discovered by John Ziegler the US Olympics physician and became an instant success in the athletic world. Today it is the most commonly used oral steroid.  This steroid, however, can be found today in injectable veterinary solutions. Dianabol is and has been the most commonly used steroid in the history of steroids for physique and performance-enhancing purposes.

Dianabol is mainly used as an off-season mass-building drug and not normally used for pre contestant cycles.  The reason that it is not used in pre-contestants is because it does not make fat loss easy as it heavily aromatizes estrogen.  Dianabol is also known to cause a lot of water retention, as this is unpopular as it gives the user a bloated look.

The main side effect and the most dangerous is liver damage. The reason for this is that Dianabol is 17 alpha-alkylated so if Dianabol is administered in high doses it can lead to liver damage. Another side effect of Dianabol is oily skin and acne.  Aggression and hair loss are another two common side effects of Dianabol.

Gynecomastia can also be seen as a side effect with Dianabol use. If women use this product it causes the women’s voice to deepen, irregularities in the menstrual cycle, changes in skin texture, the growth of facial hair as well as clitoral enlargement.  Cardiovascular strain is another common side effect and it has been advised to maintain a cardiovascular exercise program that it is active.  This steroid is known to increase bad cholesterol and lower good cholesterol, which leads to a greater risk of arteriosclerosis.

Dianabol is a very popular steroid that has dated back to its introduction by John Ziegler in 1958 and its distribution by Ciba Pharmaceuticals. Many Olympic athletes used Dianabol when steroids were legal. However, along with steroidal use came the many side effects that should not be ignored.
