In this competition, Coleman won 1st place in both the heavy weight as well as all the other categories; he also conquered his coach, Dobson.
Ronnie Coleman competes in Mr. Olympia competitions and it is well known that this competition does not test for steroids.
Ronnie Coleman is an 8 time consecutive winner of Mr. Olympia competitions and holds the record. Whether or not Ronnie takes steroids he is one of the strongest bodybuilders in the world known to date. There are videos where he has been seen dead-lifting 800lbs, front squat 585lbs and dumbbell press 200lbs for 12 reps.
Coleman’s strength has allowed for him to become a successful professional bodybuilder and endorses many products and travels around the world to endorse these.
Coleman has stated that when he works out he prefers free weights rather than machine because these maximizes his flexibility and range of motion. His gym regime is said to be four days per week and consists of weight lifting.
Coleman has received many awards and in 2001 he received the Admiral in the Texas Navy Certificate Award from Rick Perry the Texas Governor. This was awarded to Coleman for outstanding achievements in bodybuilding as well as the support of fitness.
