Dynabol, Anabolic Steroid

Dynabol is the trade name given to the injectable steroid compound nandrolone cypionate. This compound provides a pattern of hormone release almost identical to that of testosterone cypionate, the main difference being that nandrolone cypionate appears to be a faster acting compound.

This anabolic steroid comes as an injectable form in 10ml vials with 50mg of steroid dissolved in oil. Each injection provides the user with a slow release of hormone for around 2 weeks, with the peak levels of drug being noted around 24-48 hours after administration.

This steroid is a strong anabolic steroid and is well known for producing measurable gains in strength and lean muscle mass. Androgenic side effects are present, even when administered in low doses. Side effects like acne, water retention and fat retention can be an issue.

Liver toxicity is unlikely, however the conversion into estrogen can still be a factor. Problems like gynecomastia can occur, but these symptoms are generally kept at bay by anti-estrogens.

Most manufacturers of this steroid for sale have ceased production, however, it can be found in Australia under the name Anabolic DN.
