Arnold on Steroids

For decades Arnold Schwarzenegger  was the top player in the Bodybuilding world. With 7 Mr Olympia titles between 1970 and 1980 and now boasting to be the Governor, or ‘Governator‘, of California, he has achieved great things throughout his life.

Arnie made his bodybuilding career debut in 1968 at the IFBB Mr Universe. He lost out there to Sergio Oliva, but came back in 1970 to start off his trophy cabinet with the much acclaimed title of being Mr Universe.

Not a lot was known about anabolic steroids back in the day but it seems strange to think that a Governor of California, once used to buy steroids, simply to keep up with the other competitors. He did more than just ‘keep up’, he exploded into the muscle bound henchman we know him as.

Arnold admitted to using anabolic steroids whilst they were legal. He used them as a dietary supplement to help him maintain his 57 inch chest and his 23inch arms.

Now that more is known about steroids and their negative side effects, many sports professionals are resorting to legal steroids like Pro Anabolic.
