Anapolon 50 Steroids

Anapolon-50 is well known as Anadrol-50, which are both the trade names for oxymetholone. This is a powerful oral steroid; Oxymetholone is considered to be the most dominant steroid that is commercially available today. History:

Oxymetholone was produced in 1959 and was first seen in the United States as prescription drug and was sold under the brand names Anadrol-50 and Androyd. Uses for this drug included chronic underweight, geriatric debilitation, osteoporosis, pre and postoperative preservation of lean mass and general catabolic conditions. There was a recommended dose was usually 2.5mg three times a day. This drug was soon restricted by the FDA for specific conditions and in the 70’s was only approved to treat anemia. When other drugs were developed to treat anemia the sales for anadrol-50 fell causing Syntex to halt production of Anadrol in the US in 1993. It soon stopped being used in other countries as well such as Austria, Switzerland and Spain. Athletes started to fear that this strong and effective anabolic steroid would never be seen again. 

In 1997 Syntex decided to sell all its rights to Anadrol-50 in the US, Canada and Mexico to another company named Unlimed Pharmaceuticals. They reintroduced Anadrol onto the market but this time it was to treat HIV/AIDS patients.  In April 2006 Solvay Pharmaceuticals the partner company of Unlimed sold the rights to Alaven Pharmaceuticals LLC. Alaven continues to market the drug but the FDA only approves this drug in the treatment of anemia.  Oxymetholone remains available outside the USA but it is sold in smaller and less tightly regulated markets. 

Side Effects:

Oxymetholone is a highly estrogen steroid and Gynecomastia is a concern during treatment and will potentially present itself quite early in a cycle especially when higher doses are used. Water retention is another common side effect and this causes a lot off notable loss of muscle definition due to water as well as fat that builds up. 

Other side effects include hair growth on the face, very oily skin and forms of acne. The higher the dose the more likely these side effects will appear. IT has also been found that it can aggravate loss of hair in males causing baldness. With regards to women a deepening of the voice, menstrual irregularities as well as facial hair growth and changes in skin texture are possible side affects associated with this steroid. 

Oxymetholone is a c-17-alpha alkylated compound and if this steroid is consumed in high doses it can cause liver damage. There is also a tendency in this steroid to reduce good cholesterol values and increase bad cholesterol values, which causes a greater risk of arteriosclerosis. Therefore it is recommended to keep an effective cardiovascular exercise agenda and reduce the consumption of saturated fats and bad carbohydrates. 

Oxymetholone Availability:

This steroid remains widely available on the black market. There are a lot of counterfeit drugs with this steroid but there are also legitimate companies that still make and supply this drug. Anadrol-50 is hardly found on the black market due to its cost and the very stringent controls placed on this drug; therefore, one should be very wary when purchasing this drug. All Anadrol-50 drugs are white and scored and embossed with 0055 and ALAVEEN. Do not purchase anything that does not have these on each pill. 

In Turkey Oxymetholone is available under the Anapolon brand name and these are packaged in a foil/plastic strip that pushes through and consists of 20 tablets. There are many counterfeits of this product so be very careful when purchasing Anapolon.
