Anabolic steroids are taken in various forms that include orally, injections, creams and gels.
The side effects of steroids are vast and they include severe acne, jaundice, impotence, gynecomastia, atrophy or shrinkage of the testicles, cardiovascular disease, and problems with cholesterol, heart disease and liver damage. These are only to name a few of the side effects, there are many more and they range in severity.
Anabolic steroids can be very dangerous and should not be taken, and if they are the person taking them should be careful and watch out for signs of potential health damage such as jaundice.
