Test 400, Anabolic Steroid

Test 400 is a drug only recently introduced to the steroid market. It is a mixture of three different testosterone esters; testosterone propionate, testosterone cypionate and testosterone enenthate. This is an injectable steroid. 

This was a very popular steroid in the early part of the 2000’s due to its high dosage of testosterone.  It was developed by Denkall at a time when the Mexican veterinary market had an abundance of steroids, purportedly for animal treatment, but with obvious appeal to bodybuilders.

The success of Test 400 was short lived. Operation Gear-Grinder, a 21 month investigation into the U.S-Mexican steroid trade, resulted in the arrest of the companies owner subsequently ceasing production.

This steroid compound comes in an injectable oil-based solution. It is generally administered on a weekly basis providing the user with 200-600mg per dosage.

As testosterone is readily aromatized in the body to estrogen, side effects such as gynecomastia are common amongst side effects like acne and oily skin.
